You want a new haircut and style? You fire up insta and look for inspiration. When its time to take out the scissors, do you cut your own hair? How about coloring your hair? Would you try to do that yourself? You could but I'm guessing you don't. Time for family photos. Do you take the pictures yourself? I bet you don't! Why not?

You hit the weights, following the online routine, lifting the heaviest weights you can possibly manage cause you don't want to waste your time. You're really rocking this routine and almost certain that you are doing the exercises correctly but just a couple weeks into your new habit, you are plagued by persistent pain in your shoulder. You can't follow the routine anymore because too many of the exercises make your shoulder hurt...
