Core and Pelvic Floor Workshop

Wednesday, April 1st at 6:45pm (EST), I'm hosting a virtual workshop (using zoom) focused entirely on abdominals and pelvic floor and its FREE! 

Here's what we're going to cover...

  • How your abdominals are meant to work.

  • Why your core often "shuts down" during pregnancy and stays that way forever.

  • Your breathing system - how it relates to core strength and function (and appearance; your breathing can help your abs look amazing or not so much...) 

  • Upper abs versus lower abs and why getting rid of the mommy tummy (I HATE that term!) is so difficult to do.

  • Diastasis Recti - What is it?  How do I know if I have it? How do I fix it?

  • How does your breathing, core and pelvic floor work together (or not) so that you don't have annoying issues like leaking (urine) when you run, jump, exercise or just daily life (sneeze, yell etc...)
