Just in time for summer...
Is this class right for me?
I've had 2, 3, or more kids? Maybe my abs are gone forever...
Its never too late! I'm in my forties and I've had four kids. If I can do this, there is no reason why you can't too. It will take work and time but everything of value requires effort.
What if I can't keep up with the rest of the class?
6 Week Abdominal Reboot is designed for the individual. That is the purpose in limiting the class size. The exercises will be tailored to your level and there is no competition within the class, only support.
I'm an athlete, runner, crossfitter, etc..., I do lots of abdominal exercises and I think this class may be too easy for me. What will I get out of this class?
When was the last time you tried something different or changed your workout routine? If you are an advanced athlete, this class will still be tailored to your level.
Have you worked your diaphragm with a balloon?
How strong is your inner core?
Do you accidentally leak urine while working out?
Do you properly "fuel" your workouts?
Are you able to access and brace your abdominal muscles while deadlifting, squatting, pressing or doing pullups?
Do you find yourself holding your breath on a particularly difficult exercise?
These are all questions that will addressed during the 6 Week course.
The 6 Week Abdominal Reboot is not meant to take the place of your current sport, its meant to make you stronger for the sports that you love!
